Wrong size? Exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
What you can exchange
- Any piece in a different size, within 7 days of delivery.
- It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with its tags still on.
How to exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the size you want.
- The driver brings the new size and takes the old one in the same visit.
- The first exchange for a wrong size is free. After that, the normal delivery fee for your area applies.
Refunds
If the size you need is not available, we refund the price of the piece in cash when the driver collects it.
